Take a look at this deceptively powerful screen. This is the Dispatched Ticket Queue. These tickets are in Dispatched mode, meaning they have been assigned to a vendor but the vendor has not put them in work. This screen is a summary of activity. Take a look at the first ticket 10848. The first column shows when the customer opened the ticket (in blue) and when the ticket was dispatched to the vendor (in gray). The next column shows the customer, contact, city, and ticket status (in blue). Immediately below is the vendor that has the ticket (in gray). To see the ticket itself, click the blue edit ball to see the screen shown below.

This is the actual ticket. It is a 3 screen set, made up of the ticket information screen (shown here), the replacement parts screen, and maintenance and notes. The top of the ticket (shown in gray) is the customer information. This is the person that initiated the ticket. It also shows the employee, within your organization, that has default responsibility for the ticket. The center section (in blue) is the ticket information. Within this area is the vendor assigned to the ticket. This is the group actually doing the job. The bottom section are your notes to the vendor telling them exactly what the problem is and how you want it done.
